Position Description:

 Our client has ONE position open for an experienced Data Architect specializing in data modeling and creation of Oracle data definition language scripts. The ideal candidate would have 4+ years' experience with conceptual, logical, physical and dimensional modeling, have strong analytical skills and have the ability to generate logical data model from written/verbal requirements. Candidates should be capable of working on large tasks independently, have excellent written/verbal communication skills and be willing to work extra hours when required.  Local candidates preferred.

 

Required -  Data Modeling Experience(Conceptual, Logical, Physical, Dimensional), Experience facilitating data model design sessions, Sybase PowerDesigner or similar modeling tool, Oracle SQL syntax and query tuning, Oracle Data Definition Language, Ability to independently manage a variety of assignments

 

Beneficial – Oracle PL/SQL including bulk loads, Oracle Partitioned Tables & Indexes, ETL Tools and Database Loads, experience with TOAD, Data Warehouse design
