Job requirements

*       2+ years of experience in managing software development projects using Agile / Scrum

*       5+ years of experience in software development

*       Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum

*       Experience in managing Scrum projects from inception

*       Experience in release management

*       Self-motivated organizer, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as needed

*       Articulate advocate and team-player with the natural ability to reach out and work within a truly friendly and collaborative environment

*       Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred

*       A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
