Responsibilities include:
Providing ongoing ABAP technical support to development, testing and implementation efforts for all SAP applications.
Supporting and managing multiple issues and strategic projects, this requires cross application knowledge and coordination.
Managing projects by coordinating with various teams by following PMO standards and SDLC methodology.
Establishing good communication/working relations with associates across various geographies, understanding various business processes accordingly when resolving issues.
Participating in code reviews to ensure appropriate coding, testing and documentation standards are followed for error free transports to production environments.
Participating as an active member in post-implementation support team(s).
Auditing system performance and user compliance.
Actively pursuing learning and self-development for self and team.
Accurately estimating own tasks.
Consistently hitting targets.
