Job Description	Define and implement a  Knowledge Management framework for DIRECTV, provide consulting around all components of KM program ( content , process, people and KM technology) Establish  KM roadmap and strategy Facilitate  workshops for Taxonomy and  content type definition and other aspects of content consulting Define and blueprint KM process and KM people programs Manage all aspects of KM  program lifecycle - Discover, capture, consolidate, archive the critical knowledge for the applications being transitioned Analyze existing KM technology landscape and conduct  due-diligence to explore best technology solution for knowledge management using the existing tool set ( Metastorm) Manage implementation of KM tool and ensure mapping to KM requirements Define and implement KM governance and KM measurement structure
Qualification	Sufficient experience in the above area.
