IPSec tunnels, VPN, take user requests, make sure firewall access works

Create Rule Sets/Policies
Checkpoint Firewall background - day to day operational responsibilities of checkpoint firewalls
 
Plusses
Networking background - someone who started in a network position but is now in a security/firewall position
CISSP/CCNA/CCNT
Exposure to Juniper firewalls
 
Role:
These candidates will be working within the IT/Telecommunications department, assigned to a project that recently started because of an acquisition of a portion of the company. They will be doing firewall administration and not only place firewalls in the correct spots, but break up the applications, create rule sets, and segment the network. The network and security teams are being combined, so they will be working hand in hand with the Cisco Network employee's as well
