. 10-15 years of direct DBA experience working with Oracle databases

. Expert diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem solving for Oracle

. Applications support experience

. Infrastructure support and design experience

. Proficiency with Oracle on AIX, Linux and/or Solaris platforms

. Experience with Oracle on Windows

. Experience with Oracle in the following areas:

. Data Guard

. RMAN Backups

. Grid Control

. Experience in performance tuning

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or other IT/IS related major

. Excellent oral and written communication skills
