Description: Our client is immediately seeking an Informatica Team Lead for our client in Baltimore, MD. For consideration,
 
Primary Responsibilities:
Leads lower level technical staff on a large, complex Informatica upgrades or serves as a lead on numerous smaller projects and systems.
Typically directs program development in complex applications and systems where existing architectures and techniques provide little guidance.
Consults with user management and technical staff as necessary to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine required coding.
Prescribes standards to simplify interpretation of programs and documentation.
Supervises preparation of records and reports.
Provides daily supervision and direction to team.
Obtains detailed specifications from users to ascertain specific output information requirements. Prepares detailed flow-charts, diagrams, and specifications from which program(s) will be written.
